After three days when we were supposed to get some wind but nothing much arrived and todaywhat little wind we had was going lighter so I didn't think I would get on the water. Then Chris Phillps messaged and said he was going to try his new longboard out so we headed to The Dip. The wind was gusting sideshore 18 mph so was persuaded to rig 8.5 and went out having a few runs out past the Deben while waiting for Chris who was having a few problems but was under and should have gone for the 9.4. I beat past the Fludgers bouy in an OK breeze but it went light so headed back.There were three windsurfers and a kite who got going for an hour - just. Nice to be out in the sunshine and no wind coming for at least a week by the look of things :(
